Returns

According to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, we offer the possibility of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the address indicated at the time of purchase.

In the event of a return, customs charges will be borne by the customer.

This can be done by sending an e-mail to resi@frp-collection.com in which you must specify:

• Name and surname;
• Order number.

If the withdrawal request does not contain the required information, the right cannot be exercised unless the correct documentation is returned within 14 working days of receipt of the goods to the address provided at the time of purchase.

It is the responsibility of the claimant to bear the cost of sending the goods within the time limit set for exercising the right of withdrawal to the address Francesca Romana Palermo, Via Paolo di Dono, 145 - 00142 Roma (RM).

FRP Collection reserves the right not to accept returns or goods that do not meet the requirements below.

The returned goods must be in their original unused condition, with all tags and accessories attached.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything that FRP Collection reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be made.

All delivery charges for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that it is important to send international parcels using standard shipping and your country's local courier. For added security, please ensure packages are provided with a tracking number.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer and upon receipt of the product by FRP Collection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
